DeepCloud ecosystem
As part of a long-term strategic initiative, I led the creation of DeepCloud’s marketing ecosystem from the ground up, defining the architecture, designing interconnected websites, and building a cohesive presence around the brand and its product suite.
Working closely with the web app engineering team, we ensured tight alignment between the site and ongoing product developments, from new feature launches to platform enhancements. The result is a consistent, high-performing digital presence, with strong and sustained growth in traffic and conversions.
Digital sovereignty
With digital sovereignty becoming a key issue in Europe, DeepCloud launched a high-impact campaign to position itself as the Swiss-made alternative to global big tech for Swiss organisations. Focused on data security and independence, the campaign ran across major platforms like NZZ.ch, Netzwoche, and Inside Paradeplatz, reaching millions of people in Switzerland and beyond.
As Head of Marketing and digital strategist, I originated the concept and led its strategic execution, defining messaging, overseeing media planning, and working closely with editorial partners. The campaign drove a measurable increase in brand awareness and helped establish DeepCloud as a credible leader in Swiss IT.

Cloud Pens
Cloud Pens by Prodir is the progressive web app made to enable brands to measure their haptic advertising performance, keep their message up-to-date and retarget their audience. With its own custom dynamic QR Code, each pen gets connected to a campaign mobile landing page, expressively engineered for conversion.
I imagined Cloud Pens as a product digitalization model to be marketed as a SaaS. When I proposed it to the Prodir board I was immediately given the chance to develop it and shape the relative corporate project team. While leading the team, I took care of designing the overall web app UX and project managing the development of the web app skin and code.
Finally, I was overseeing the marketing team in the execution of the integrated marketing and communication strategy. Cloud Pens was warmly received as a true innovation in the industry, while according to the data, corporate marketing KPIs reached most excellent levels.

As part of Prodir’s digital transformation, I led the development of the new Prodir.com platform, designed to offer a seamless, high-end web experience and to replace the company’s iconic print catalogue.
I oversaw the project end-to-end: defining the content architecture, coordinating the digital marketing team, contributing UX best practices, and managing the marketing budget. I also worked closely with C-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
The new platform introduced optimized search, interactive video content, and a product configurator. Despite pandemic-related market challenges, SEO and UX improvements led to a performance increase of up to +18% in key digital KPIs.
Open
I led the redesign and digital content strategy of Open, Prodir’s digital publication and biannual magazine covering design, communication, and sustainability.
Working with the internal marketing team and key external partners, I coordinated the project team and oversaw strategic planning, editorial workflow, and stakeholder alignment.
As a result of the new strategy and SEO enhancements, Open consistently improved its ranking, reaching 13th place among Swiss blogs (Feedspot) and achieving KPI growth up to +25%.
Leica Geosystems
At Leica Geosystems, a global leader in spatial measurement and part of Hexagon AB, I managed the web launch of key surveying products, including laser scanners and UAV systems.
I coordinated the web development team, designed wireframes, and supervised content creation to ensure a seamless user experience aligned with product positioning.
My role also included consulting internal stakeholders on UX and lead generation strategies, contributing to the success of international product rollouts within a highly technical and competitive market.
